Privacy Policy
Last updated
This policy explains what information LegalToOpen collects when you use the site, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not track you across sites. It records things like the page you view, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, your country, and how fast the page loaded. We do not use analytics to identify you personally.
- Advertising. We plan to show ads from Google AdSense and later possibly from another ad network. Ad providers use cookies and similar technologies to show ads and measure them, and, where you allow it, to personalise ads based on your visits to this and other sites. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent first.
- Email. If you sign up for our newsletter or renewal reminders, our email provider stores your email address and the choices you made (for example, your state). You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email.
- Messages. If you email us, we keep the message so we can reply and fix any error you reported.
We do not sell your personal information. The site has no accounts and no logins.
Cookies
Our analytics sets no cookies. Advertising providers may. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of personalised Google ads at Google’s Ad Settings.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information about you, or to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email hello@legaltoopen.com.
Children
The site is meant for adults starting businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
